Been usin Corel Painter on a free trial. Damn free trials!! I want it back!!! Its soooo goood. Still have the wacom tablet so its not too bad, Photoshop is still more versatile.

Trying to compile story elements for my Irish mythology comic. I know this doesn't seem the most original idea, but i don't care. I know this hasn't been done right before. As far as I'm concerned its open season on these stories. They will be my interpretations and I dont really care if I piss of comic purists; historians; illustration purists; the Irish; Christians or anyone else. Might begin it as a webcomic, to see if anyone likes it- but thats a ways off yet.

There are gonna be three more planets named in our solar system, it seems. Astrologers are making themselves look like children covering their asses, its feckin hilarious. Optimus Prime and Bumblebee look great in Transformers-the movie. Heath Ledger is gonna be the new Joker, should be interesting. Disappointed with Hughie O'Donaghue's exhibition in the Galway Arts festival, thought it would have been full paintings. Going to see Arlo Guthrie tonight in the Roisin Dubh. Going to see TOOL in the point in November. Lots of good stuff happenin'.
