Artist's Comments

This is an image of my druid character adapting a meditative state to release an ethereal power, which he draws from his surroundings and within himself. The idea being, by meditating his body forgets physical constraints, allowing him to manipulate electrons, air particles and elements as he visualises himself using many, many hands to draw the energy from within him and without. What spell is he casting? Where does this power come from? We'll see. This image was done entirely in photoshop.

Thank you both very much. It was my first time using photoshop entirely for an image. I usually do more traditional stuff, but I figured I might as well get some work done. I have started a number of other images so keep an eye out and let me know what you think. Thanks guys.

yeah, i'm getting into corel painter though, it looks really good and versatile, if a bit more specialised than photoshop. Thanks for the add though.
